Prices per month in Mexican pesos (MXN), + VAT. On annual and 2-year plans, the amount shown is the monthly equivalent of the upfront payment. Annual = 12 months for the price of 10 (2 months free, 17%); 2 years = 24 months for the price of 19 (5 months free, ≈21%). Bonus credits renew every month and do not roll over. Invoice stamps and electronic invoicing (CFDI with Mexico's SAT) work only in Mexico. WhatsApp pilot: notices are sent from the Oolara number with your practice's logo, and email notices keep arriving. Send us your details through a form and we open your portal already loaded
with them, on any plan. We enter what you send us; step-by-step guidance is
part of the setup services.
Your patients are already in your phone's contacts or your Google contacts. Export and
upload them: they are added at once, with their name, phone and email,
and from then on you can schedule, message and invoice them from the portal. You choose
which groups in your contacts are patients, you see how many will be added and who is a
duplicate before confirming, and you can download your full directory again
whenever you want.
A contact does not include a CURP (Mexico's population registry code) or a date of
birth. Those records are marked as incomplete and the system asks for the data when the
patient is in front of you: we prefer a missing field to an invented one.

Everything stays in the record: it can be viewed, downloaded and no longer gets lost.
Laboratory results you received as the laboratory's own file are also read as values and
added to the patient's charts. From that day on, no more paper filing.

What we are asked most about pricing.
It is paid by bank transfer through SPEI, Mexico's interbank payment system, on the annual or 2-year plan: you choose your plan, the portal gives you the bank details and a reference, you upload your receipt and we reconcile it. Your subscription is invoiced with a CFDI 4.0, the Mexican electronic tax invoice, in your practice's name and with your tax ID, and you download it as PDF and XML from your portal.
No. When you subscribe, your trial portal becomes your production portal: your patients, their records, your physicians and your catalog are kept as they are. The only things not carried over are trial sales and invoices, so your accounting starts clean.
There are three ways. You can add them one by one from the portal, with their record and tax details. If your patients are in your phone's contacts or your Google contacts, you upload them yourself in a few minutes: you export the contacts file, choose which groups are patients, and the portal shows how many will be added and who is already there before saving anything. That has no cost and does not depend on the plan, and you can download your full directory again whenever you want. If what you have is a database with history rather than a contact list, we load it for you. If your information is already structured, we load it with our template: that is the standard import, up to 500 patients, typically delivered in 3 to 5 business days. If it is an export from another system and fields need to be mapped, cleaned or deduplicated, that is an assisted migration, quoted separately. The annual Growth plan or higher includes the standard import of up to 200 patients.
